FRIENDS OF THE LIVINGSTON-PARK COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY

Friends of the Library plays a vital role in helping our local library serve its people effectively.

About

The Friends of the Library is an independent non-profit (501(c)(3)) whose members strive to raise awareness of and interest in the Livingston-Park County Public Library. Along with holding annual dinners and fundraising efforts such as twice-yearly book sales or ongoing book sales that rely on public contributions, they also facilitate necessary funding for various library programs, projects, and improvements.

Through these donations, the Library is able to buy new books, magazines, and other reading materials; stay up to date on technology advancements; purchase furniture and fixtures; provide internship opportunities; and put together informative speaking events.
