Summer Book Sale

Come and join us in the 3rd Street lobby at the Livingston-Park County Public Library and find something new to read. You can shop a wide variety of books, including fiction, nonfiction, and children’s literature, for $3.00 per book or pick up four books for just $10.00.  And as always, children’s books are FREE!

Mark your calendars for June 15th, 10 AM - 4 PM, and plan on joining us at this year's Friends of the Livingston-Park County Public Library Summer Book Sale! Whether you're looking for a great deal or just want to add some new books to your collection - this is one sale you won't want to miss!

2023 Annual Fundraising Dinner

Please join us for an evening of dinner, discussion, and fundraising with the Friends of the Library.

The first THREE table purchases will enjoy intimate conversation and the company of one of our featured authors seated with you for the evening.

Tables of six start at $900 and may be reserved with a check posted to our post office box or purchased at the link below.

STORRS BISHOP

Illustrator of Life List by Marc Beaudin featuring 20 stunning monotypes.

As an active member of the art community, Storrs led the Danforth Museum of Art’s transition from a gallery to a museum. In August of 2022, he stepped off the DMA board to lead the organization as its executive director. Storrs is currently studying for an MA in art history at MSU. In November 2023, he will defend his thesis, the subject of which is the development of Livingston as an art community.

The Stories We Share: A Memoir Performance

An evening of memoir readings from seven local actors, including the Friend’s very own Relly Friedman.

Hosted by KGLT’s, Chrysti the Wordsmith. Tickets are $25 and include light appetizers and wine. All proceeds will go to support the Friends of the Livingston-Park County Public Library.
