Carnegie Readers Discussion
This December, the Carnegie Readers dove into NPR correspondent Eric Weiner’s search for the happiest places in the world — “I roam the world in search of answers to the pressing questions of our time: What are the essential ingredients for the good life? Why are some places happier than others? How are we shaped by our surroundings? Why can’t airlines serve a decent meal?”
Copies are available at the front desk of the library. Please identify yourself as a Carnegie Reader.
There will be a discussion of the book on Thursday, January 4th, at 4:00 PM in the Bev Steveson Community Room of the Library.

This November, the Carnegie Readers dove into the memoir from Peter Anastas, At the Cut — “A peeling back of the layers of discovering who we are and how we got to be that way. For we never truly survive our childhood; we merely spend a lifetime recovering from it.”

Carnegie Readers Discussion
The Carnegie Readers book club is back in session, and this August we dove into Barabara Kingsolver’s Pulitzer Prize winner, Demon Copperhead — “A brilliant coming of age saga from the author of Unsheltered and Flight Behavior.”
The book will be discussed on Thursday, September 7, at 4:00 PM in the Bev Steveson Community Room.
